If you're planning on getting a lot of fries at Five Guys, think again! Every time I order from this location, the large fries aren't even filled to the top, and I often don’t receive any of the ‘extras’ I expect. When I’ve asked why the fries are so sparse despite what I'm paying, they just laugh it off. While not all the staff fit this description, many of them come across as unprofessional. I’m giving this place 2 stars because the burgers, shakes, and hotdogs are usually decent like at other locations. Congratulations on earning my third negative review!
Five Guys is always my go-to choice for healthier fast food, and their milkshakes are out of this world! My favorite is the cookies and cream shake topped with whipped cream!
If you enjoy flavorful burgers loaded with every topping imaginable, two juicy patties, and generous portions of fries, this is the place for you!
The restaurant was clean and pleasant. Although the price felt a bit high for a simple burger and fries, the food itself was good, well-prepared, and served promptly. The staff provided only the most basic level of service, typical of a fast food chain, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service. The main issue was the atmosphere—it seemed like no one was genuinely happy, and the employees appeared to be doing just the minimum required to get through their shifts.
