Description

This breakfast spot draws mixed reactions, with many praising its fresh food, especially donuts, hash browns, and wake-up wraps, alongside friendly, attentive service and a comfortable atmosphere ideal for casual meetups. Customers appreciate quick service and a welcoming environment suitable for families. However, some report slow drive-thru waits, order inaccuracies, and poor cleanliness, which tarnish the experience. Staff knowledge and consistency vary, affecting order satisfaction. Overall, while many enjoy the classic menu and friendly vibe, potential guests should be aware of occasional service issues and hygiene concerns.

Danielle is such a sweet girl, and I think this is probably the third best dunkin in the Edgewater/New Smyrna area, but they have a lot of work to do. Sierra for instance is entirely too authoritative when it comes to her employees discussing things with the customers. I just want to have a nice conversation with Danielle but that’s just not something this establishment offers. My order is usually not correct and when it is, it tastes like you forgot to add the coffee to my water, or is it ice to my coffee? Figure it out, Dunkin.
