Was Daisha Bartoletti at Accappella a mag?
The restaurant is decent and well-kept. While the view isn't the best, it's still enjoyable. The food was tasty and served hot. The waiter was friendly, though some might find him a bit too familiar—I personally prefer not to be touched or to have someone tell me what to do. The bartender was lovely, and the drinks were truly delicious. View all feedback.

I had an incredible experience dining here on a Saturday. The restaurant, though still partially finished, had a great atmosphere with lovely cover songs that instantly put us in a relaxed mood. The food was outstanding, and the service was both friendly and speedy. The owner, who is incredibly charming, made a point to visit each table without being intrusive. He even offered us a taste of his figgrappa, which was both strong and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful culinary experience with family or friends!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our server, who was polite and friendly. He quickly adapted our seating arrangement and set the napkins in place, which added a stylish touch to the ambiance of the interior. As we settled in, we were treated to bruschetta, bread, and grilled zucchini with salami – a delightful start to our meal. I ordered the grilled octopus, which was wonderfully cooked and beautifully presented on a bed of tomato salad. I agree with previous reviews that the wine list features high-quality selections, although there are few options available by the glass. To keep things manageable, we chose a glass of Napa Valley Cabernet, which surprisingly wasn’t listed on the wine menu, but it turned out to be quite good. They have a range of hard-to-find wines on their list, particularly from Italy, and the bottle prices are very competitive. For our main courses, my girlfriend had the squid ink pasta, while I ordered the pork chop. Both dishes were delicious, bursting with flavor. Just a heads up: the pork chop is massive, so come hungry! The service throughout our meal was exceptional. Our server checked in frequently and made excellent recommendations. The manager even took the time to share insights about his favorite wines and their market prices. In terms of pricing, Acapella aligns with other upscale restaurants in the Metro NYC area, and the overall dining experience certainly justifies the cost. Despite some reviews describing the restaurant as pretentious, my girlfriend and I dressed casually in jeans and never felt out of place. Overall, we were very impressed with our dinner experience. This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorites, and we plan to make it a regular stop. I’d give it a 4.7 but will round it off to 4 stars because of the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Great restaurant with authentic Italian food! Loved the funny and attentive staff and the owner even took time to draw with our baby daughter so that we could eat in peace. It's pretty busy at weekends, but quiet in the week. Enjoy!
