I was informed that the manager would reach out to me, but it was the same issue as before. I won’t be returning, especially since I’m paying $7 for a drink that I can't enjoy.

But what I found there was way better than just okay fast-food service. The food was alright, but what really made my day was how nice the three workers were. There was this kid who looked pretty young but handled those delicate donuts like a pro, a tall darker guy with a nice afro who took my order with a big smile and got everything just right, and a girl with blonde hair and eyeliner who made my food carefully and quickly.What made this Dunkin’ Donuts visit stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. The kid’s careful donut skills, the tall guy’s happy attitude, and the girl’s quick food-making made the whole place feel really welcoming. They all had real smiles and said nice things, which made my regular stop feel like a special treat. Plus, the place was super clean, which showed they really cared.
