Great hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views. It was clean with a warm cozy feel. The service was really great. It was the food that was a little lacking. I had the lobster fried rice and it was dry. It was not as good as other meals we had at other high end places on the island.
I ordered the beef ribs, they were all bone fat when I shared this w/waiter, he had no comment. My husband had a bowl of clam chowder (equivalent to a cup size for $18)! Plates bowls were awful they had a very rough finish to them. Over priced
We had a delightful experience at Roxana. Vladi was an excellent waiter, and his card tricks really added a special touch! I was a bit worried since we loved the old Henry, but Roxana definitely exceeded our expectations!
The waiting staff appeared untrained, and the restaurant seemed under-staffed. There were delays in taking our order, and only one server seemed to have experience. We were two diners seated at a table meant for four. After a lengthy wait that included our drinks, we had to ask the experienced server to remove the extra place settings. Our server was friendly and smiled, but the other staff members simply dropped off our food and left without any interaction or a smile.
