Usually they love this place, but waited 32 min only for 3 tacos, 1 taco shell, and chips and queso. When we got the chips and queso, it was cold. and they forgot to make the bowl, and when we got it, the tear was hard. one of the hired (of three) sat there on their phone, while there the people waited in the line. Great customer service, especially from Kendrick!However, the prices have gone way up and some of the recipes have definitely changed. Not as good as it used to be. I talked to some other people I know, who agreed. Please go back to the old recipes!
Kendrick helped me with my order and his service was exceptional. he made me feel welcomed and helped me decide what to get without pressuring me. i would not only recommend going here for the food but also for the service! kendrick’s the best!
The cleanliness of the bathroom, with the dirty toilet seat and lack of supplies, was the only downside during my visit to Rusty Taco. There were also many dirty tables in the restaurant, despite it not being very busy. If not for these issues, I would have given Rusty Taco a perfect 5-star rating. The restaurant is charming and easily accessible, and I particularly enjoyed the crispy fish and crispy cauliflower tacos. They were both delicious and above average in taste. I would definitely order them again. The restaurant offers a great crispy cauliflower taco for vegetarian options and is suitable for children with a casual atmosphere and kids menu available. Parking is limited, but there were plenty of open spots during my visit.
I am thrilled to say that I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I have been disappointed in the past, but the new employees have really made a difference. The place was cleaner and more organized, and the service was excellent. I was impressed by the dedication of the staff, especially Jake and Jack who checked on customers and kept the restaurant clean. Rochelle also did a fantastic job at preparing high quality food. This was my second visit in the past week, and both times I had a great experience. Thank you for improving and providing such great service!
I've been enjoying various Rusty Taco locations over the past few years. There are a few things I've noticed. Most importantly is that the quality of food definitely varies from location to location. I've been to every Rusty Taco in the metro and the Eden Prairie one always shines far above. Especially today. I was actually so impressed I asked who prepared my food today so I could bring my coworkers in tomorrow and wow them!Shout out to Kendrick the Night Manager!He absolutely knocked it out today!!
