Jimmy John's - Eden Prairie

The food is good, in the store service is always fast for me too. I first ordered today, it took 45 minutes to deliver my sandwich.. My soda was flat without ice when I got it. I understand if you are busy, but I feel a call or a kind of communication over the delivery time must be established. There is no estimated delivery time on the email, but I know that they're supposed to 'freaky fast'. 45 minutes is far too long.

I get Jimmy John's frequently from both this store and others. This location always seems to find a way to screw it up. Today I ordered a #10 to go and got a #4. When i opened the #4 it was soaked in olive oil/ vinegar. Nearly inedible. Very disappointed. Freaky fast sure, but perhaps they could slow down a sec and give me an edible and accurate order??

They are now closing around 17 clocks, although google still says 9 clocks. and they have closed 20 minutes early.

Slowest position ever! faster, how crazy slower. I ordered my food and waited 2 hours and 16 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all. they never look at instructions. I have paid for the fact that if I have been added to my badge and they have not been respected. save her money and go somewhere else!

I ordered 2 sandwiches for the order pickup. I checked in there. nothing. waited 15 minutes. Nothing. I'll wait inside. the command sat only somewhere on a table. sandwiches were not halved as desired, no serviettes included (even if desired) and adjustments were not observed. terrible.
