Jersey Mike's Subs - Eden Prairie

This Eden Prairie location has horrible customer service. The short obese lady working evenings is rude. She did not acknowledge when we came in which is fine. However, she made us wait to be served while she finished what she was doing. She then preceded to ask me what I wanted on my sandwich while telling me it doesn?t come on it. The kid began to dump trash next to the lady making my sandwich. I had to tell him to stop. She should have told him because she is the manager. Some other white people walked in and she immediately summoned other workers to help. I?m wondering why I didn?t get the same hello and respect to help me when I walked in. Just plain rude.

Friendliest employee's of any quick lunch spot I've been to. Fun atmosphere and quick service.

The best jersey mikes we have been to and we've been to a few. Great team working here, great customer service. Very satisfied

Super friendly and quick staff! There was a really long line and I was still in and out in 10 minutes.

Sub did not have peppers onions cheese or jalapenos on it. Just meat and bun. Still loved it. But so much missing.
