I've been enjoying great pizzas from Domino's for the past six months, ordering about 1-2 pizzas per week. The quality has always been consistently good. I also tried the Domino's app on my phone, and I found it very easy to reorder my last pizza. I usually don't prefer using apps, but this one functions really well. Plus, with the reward points, I've managed to get some free pizzas. The staff is professional, and th... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
the workers in this domino are very impatient, they place order that is not their order and if they ask them to repeat their order, they sigh and give unpleasant faces, such as eating and rolling their eyes. View all feedback.
It's Dominos, so don't expect gourmet pizza, but it's also pretty good when you look back, it's Dominos. The delivery drivers are usually friendly and the pizza comes pretty fast. Better than average and best fast pizza chain in Eden Prairie.
Best prices best people fastest turnaround best pizza place for delivery or tour. (especially busy days, duh, plan accordingly)
I was too hungry and ordered a pizza from this location, it was in horrible state completely burnt and the worst pizza I have ever had till date
Horrible customer service, specifically from driver/“Delivery Expert” Kevin. My order was confirmed contactless by the store for a reason. Aggressively knocking on my door five times and scaring my family and my dogs all for a signature? Dominos train your employees better. This was an actual frightening experience. We will never be ordering from this location again.
Excellent delivery service!!! My team orders lunch once a week, and every time, we have to wait at least an hour longer than expected. While waiting isn't the biggest issue, it's frustrating that we always order three hours in advance and are still late—EVERY SINGLE TIME! When we ask the Domino’s staff about the delays, they just say, "We only have two drivers." That’s simply not an acceptable excuse! This is a Domino’s issue that needs to be addressed! Employees should focus on offering apologies instead of excuses when they fail to meet customer expectations. Why even ask for a delivery time if you can’t stick to it, even with a 15-minute grace period? ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY, Domino’s! This is unacceptable!
