Caribou Coffee - Eden Prairie

I stopped by trying to get a cappuccino trap (cooler/father) and got a confused look from the staff. When I described it, they said they could not drink it in mixed or icey form. When I pointed to the icy option on their menu, they said it was a mistake they had not noticed before. Really? I got an icy mocha that was not so great; a little too sweet and bitter for my taste.

Always friendly. More options with the Lunds grocery. Outdoor private patio, large.. indoor cafe, pleasant.

This is my favorite Caribou location! I've been to other Caribou's in Eden Prairie, Medina, Rogers, Maple Grove, Prior Lake, Plymouth, spots in Wisconsin, and Michigan, and this one is my favorite! And it's located in one of my favorite Lund's and Byerly's! I don't even typically like places that don't offer a drive through option, but somehow, my two favorite Caribou locations (the other is in Maple Grove), neither have a drive-through. The service here is amazing! Ariel, and Katie are my favorite baristas, they remember me (and my coworkers) and not only my favorite drinks but the drinks I get for my coworkers when I frequent there. They are always happy and pleasant even when they are busy, and acknowledge every customer even if they get swamped with orders. They offer suggestions, and complementary beans with hot drinks, and even though issues are rare, they deal with them quickly, professionally, and courteously. I love coming here, it's worth the trip through the tempting produce and delicious take-out deli options.

Comfortable location to pick up your coffee for the day. Wonderful staff!

Very poor customer service at this station, I went 2 times and both times brew coffee was not hot. I'll never go to this station again...
