Was Anonym at The Yard Kitchen a mag?

What Anonym dislikes about The Yard Kitchen:
Despite the sign that states ‘dog friendly’ on entry we were told we had to sit in a specific area as we had a dog. We were then approached by a member of staff asking us to put our dog on the floor as ‘not all customers like dogs’. I refused as my little chihuahua was sat on my lap, not on a chair and it felt an unreasonable and rude request. I won’t visit this place again and can’t recommend it to anyone with a dog... Greatest coffee in Cumbria by a long shot. Food is amazing and the place strives and succeeds in eco-friendliness. They even have their own gardens.

It is worth consulting the specials board..There is a good range from soup to more substantial meals. For Christmas there were two unsual approaches to turkey on offer. My son enjoyed his turkey burger with pigs in blanket.. I had a lentil curry with roasted cauliflower and roast tomatoes.. I enjoy the ambiance of the place and in one room there is a warm stove The service is helpful and friendly.

This was my second visit and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The ambience is quirky shabby chic with furnishings from the antiques yard below. The welcome is warm and the cafe-style food from an ever-changing menu with a specials board caters for all tastes including vegans. This time my excellent New York deli sandwich came with a mug of the onion soup of the day. Coffee is excellent.

I was looking for a high-quality cafe to bring my husband and son for lunch in Penrith, and this place exceeded my expectations. It has a unique atmosphere and offers a fantastic lunch menu. The kids menu was also impressive. After our meal, we had the chance to explore the yard and found some great treasures. I highly recommend this place!

The Yard Kitchen in Penrith is undoubtedly the top spot for dining. It offers a friendly and unique atmosphere, with delightful staff, using the best local ingredients to create delicious dishes. The tempting aroma as you enter will make you crave a slice of cake, even if you're not hungry! The restaurant is also child-friendly and offers plenty of dairy-free and vegan options. Becky and her team are fantastic, making this my favorite place to dine. The corner shop tiffin is a must-try, but be warned, it will have you coming back for more! Definitely worth every bite.
