What annie9464 doesn't like about The Conservatory Fish:
We stayed at the Tufton Arms Hotel and decided to book a table here. It was okay. Decent range of choices and food tasted okay but....service, decor etc was pretty basic. View all feedback. What Owen R likes about The Conservatory Fish:
Wife had the fish pie-wonderful. I had the lamb with pea and mint puree-great stuff. Good service, nice surroundings and a good price for fantastic food. Very quiet when we ate but we were early. It was our best meal in Appleby. View all feedback.

Nestled in Appleby, the Tufton Arms Hotel restaurant offers a delightful dining experience marked by a diverse seafood menu and a cozy atmosphere. Guests have praised the exceptional quality of dishes, such as the fish pie and lamb shank, while also appreciating the warm, attentive service. Ideal for families, the restaurant caters to various dietary needs with half portions and kid-friendly options. Despite a few mentions of basic decor, the overall sentiment highlights a winning combination of fantastic food, friendly staff, and value for money. It’s a culinary gem worth visiting for both locals and travelers alike.
