Made very welcome and staff friendly. My sons were extremely happy with their burger and steak. I opted for starter as a main. Camenbert was lovely but seafood platter was a bit overdone. Overall very nice and would return there again. View all feedback.

The new owners are making this pub into a real gem. They have already transformed the lounge area and the beer garden and are also now offering special nights, great food and refurbished accommodation.. The new owners have sought views online as to what people want and have responded to these which shows their commitment to making the pub a success for all. If you’re ever in the area I can fully recommend the Angel for a great time with fantastic and friendly service and a good choice of drinks and food.
