My husband and I have dined at this restaurant twice before and had a terrible experience. However, we decided to give it another chance tonight and we were completely impressed. Our server, Kaylyn, was amazing. She truly made our dining experience exceptional. Kaylyn greeted us warmly as soon as we were seated and her friendly personality really stood out. I wish more servers were like her. She definitely deserves a promotion. We will definitely be returning.
I hadn't been to Ruby Tuesday's in a while, but today I had a meal catered by them and it was fantastic! The sliced roast, potato salad, and desserts were all delicious. I am definitely going to return to Ruby Tuesday for dinner, something I haven't done in years.
Hailey is amazing. I wouldn't eat here if I couldn't sit in her section. The food was good, although it took a little while to come out because they were busy. The fact that they only pay their staff $2 an hour is not fair, so please make sure to tip if you receive good service.
