We recently visited the Arby's in Eden, North Carolina, and it was our first experience there. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, both outside and inside. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. We've been to other Arby's locations closer to home, but none of them matched the quality of the food we had in Eden. What April J doesn't like about Arby's:
My husband and I ordered two gyros, but the bread was undercooked and fell apart as soon as we took a bite. The curly fries were old and greasy. We are very disappointed. View all feedback.
Good food, but they seem to be out of ingredients alot in the afternoon.
Went through drive-thru. Always friendly and helpful. Food is great.
Got order wrong 3 times, and after 3rd attempt thru drive thru I gave up. Good was horrible l.
We went in the earlier part of the afternoon everything was perfect, the service, the food and the atmosphere. Absolutely enjoyed the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries and half and half tea!
Stopped by to get fish sandwiches had to wait for 3 minutes as they make these fresh they were delicious and the drive through staff was very nice and friendly.
