A refined setting, a smiling and careful service that can take care of you throughout your meal. Indeed everything is absolutely perfect, the plates are worked with justness, talent and a lot of care. Meat and wine agreements are thought out and delightfully well agreed with the many dishes served. I particularly thank the team in the kitchen and the Chef for having adapted to my vegetarian diet with as much taste and flexibility. Bravo to the whole team, don't let go of your knowledge and your requirement, which makes this moment so magical alongside you.
More than a simple meal, a unique culinary experience of the art of receiving French.
The only star-school restaurant thanks to an unrivalled coaching and students driven by passion and love of the profession. An unforgettable meal!
Fireplace and cozy Staff in small care Divine cuisine, I discovered new flavors and the agreement mets and wines was a real success Thanks to my lover for this wonderful moment
I had the pleasure of coming for my birthday. The setting was beautiful, the decor, the dishes everything is perfectly assembled and gives a chic and warm atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and smiling, in small care. As for the kitchen... it was divine. The meal and wine agreement was very good, each wine raises the dishes and gives another experience to the plate that you enjoy. It won’t be the last time I come to this restaurant, I can’t come often but one thing is certain that I will not forget my 35 years. Thank you very much!

We went there for Valentine’s day and it was perfect! The menu, the service, the quality of the food and the taste were unique. We highly recommend it for gastronomical food.
I was invited by a friend for lunch and the EXPERIENCE was outstanding! The place: Stunning castle, which was built and privately owned in the past. Definitely adds to the experience. The welcome and waiters are from the highest standard. People are young (this is the Bocuse School/training centre) which makes it more friendly, less pedantic or pompous. Nice smiles and very high level of professionalism Food perfect, light, original, outstanding! Menu full at a relatively high but totally justified price Wine, original, excellent and well advised by the sommelier. The dining room is nothing flashy, touches of humour, striking the right balance A definite must go recommendation! Thank you all!
Excellent dinner and service! We were met at the door as soon as our Uber arrived with a friendly face to welcome us in. A couple of our guests in our group have food restrictions and the staff accommodated and remembered throughout the evening. Wine recommendations were perfect! What a gem!
A wonderful experience! More than a restaurant, it is an experience. I went to dinner with my wife and 8-year-old son. There were only two sequences for the tasting menu and the waiter suggested we order a half menu for our child. The sequences were really very delicious. In the middle of the sequence the chef sent an extra plate for our boy. We asked the waiter why, and he told us that the chef thought our son could be hungry because he did not eat the second dish. This showed the chef’s concern for the well-being not only of the adults but also of the little ones. It was an amazing experience. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
The food is prepared and served by students who are trained for both fine French cooking and management. It is clear they have been groomed well. Not only is the food absolutely elegant but great effort was made in the presentation. The apertif we had was slices of rare fresh tuna over a bed of eggplant pate along with some decorative slices of radish and beet. It was a work of art. The main course was a duck breast with roasted endive and a whole pear (with the core removed) poached in red wine with cardamon. Again a wonderful presentation and delicious meal. Our dessert was a profiterole that was dusted with sugar and toasted and then filled with a caramel pastry cream with hazelnut brittle and small flecks of gold leaf along with a scoop of perfect vanilla that showed flecks of vanilla.
