Not only is the food absolutely elegant but great effort was made in the presentation. The apertif we had...was slices of rare fresh tuna over a bed of eggplant pate along with some decorative slices of radish and beet. It was a work of art. The main course was a duck breast with roasted endive and a whole pear (with the core removed) poached in red wine with cardamon. Again a wonderful presentation and delicious meal. Our dessert was a profiterole that was dusted with sugar and toasted and then filled with a caramel pastry cream with hazelnut brittle and small flecks of gold leaf along with a scoop of perfect vanilla that showed flecks of vanilla.

The location is charming, restaurant with very few tables. Unique! A must try. An on top with very good prices for such a high standard restaurant. Menus range from...45 euros to 80 without drinks

D'abord sur le prix: alors qu'auparavant il était possible de dîner pour 50€ en ne prenant qu'un seul plat principal sur les 2 proposés, aujourd'hui les 2 plats sont imposés ce qui permet de faire monter le prix à 69€ pour le premier menu. Au passage la quantité totale est restée égale( 2=1)...Ensuite au plan de la qualité. Si le cabillaud assorti d'une soupe de poissons de roches agrémentée d'une pointe de mandarine était excellent, en revanche le foie gras était indigne d'un établissement de cette réputation. Par ailleurs service trop lent malgré le très bon travail des étudiants. Maître d'hôtel absent, accaparé par une seule table de connaissances privées ou professionnelles(?).Au total rapport qualité/prix dégradé. Nous ne savons pas si nous y retournerons.

The food was just perfect but not a lot. I suggest you take the cheese plater. Overall, it is an expensive restaurant, but...you get what you pay for.
