I sympathize with the lack of staff but: Not to be served at noon after 40 minutes (even not the entrance) in week is not acceptable. Disappointed because the dishes are good. Owner's Response: I asked the dish at the same time as the entrance at the end of 25 minutes waiting because I saw it dragging. Pressed or not 40 minutes it is too long for my taste for a noon in the week. A good end of the day
