The wife and I stopped here on a recommendation from the motel down the road. We both ordered the Ms. Lumberjack Burger, which was VERY good! Fresh lettuce and tomatoes on it as well as two kinds of cheeses and ham and bacon! The wife ordered cheese sticks, and I had fries. What User doesn't like about Lumberjack Tavern:
Won't return. Tried to hard to be nice and turn things around after telling us that our service dog was not able to come in the establishment. They blamed it on the health department. This waitress also took covid to a new level for me. As for the food, I really wasn't impressed. View all feedback.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming during our visit to the U.P. I highly recommend stopping here! The service was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely return!

What really made our visit special was the conversation with the owners. They were incredibly friendly and shared some helpful tips on keeping bugs at bay in the U.P. since we were camping that week. It was more than just a meal; it turned out to be an educational experience for us! We will definitely return the next time we're in the U.P.
