Panera used to offer delicious food and have friendly staff in a warm, inviting setting, but sadly, that’s no longer true. The decor has shifted from cozy to an industrial cafeteria vibe. The food quality now resembles that of Burger King. The once-smiling, welcoming staff have been replaced by basic self-service kiosks. The atmosphere has disappeared, along with the cheerful, friendly employees and the excellent food. It’s very disheartening to witness the swift decline of one of our favorite places.

When a meal comes with a baguette, I feel like butter should be a given... but even when I specifically request butter, we never seem to get any.Other than that, though, great food, great service.

I absolutely love their cookies and the their chocolate brownie dessert.

No care goes into making the food here. My grilled cheese was clearly re heated up. The cheese was old and dry and the sandwich was hardened and burnt. The management needs to change. Don’t bother going to this location.
