Ordered a smoothie for pick up at this Woodinville location on the mobile app. Store hours state they open at 8am, yet when I arrive at the store at 8:30am to pick it up the door is locked, lights are off, and I don’t see anyone in there. My issue is that I paid for the smoothie with my card via the app, but cannot pick it up, or find an option on the app to cancel my order or request a refund for the smoothie. I tried calling the location as well and got their voicemail, but could not leave a message because the voicemail box was full… just want a refund for the smoothie I never received!
Just had the most refreshing experience at Jamba Juice, and I couldn't wait to share! I tried their Orange Juice, and let me tell you, it was an absolute burst of sunshine in a cup! The flavor was pure, tangy, and incredibly satisfying like biting into a perfectly ripe orange . The juiciness and natural sweetness made every sip a delight. Plus, knowing that it's freshly made adds that extra touch of goodness.
First and last time I will patronize this Jamba. Store is dirty! Visited Saturday afternoon and all three team members appear to be miserable. No one smiles, no one greets or says hello. We stood at the register for almost 10 minutes all while not a single person spoke to us. Finally one dark haired girl stood at the register and just looked at us. Said nothing! Not hello, not what can I get you, nothing!I ordered a bowl and she literally rolled her eyes! Yes, I know bowls take longer to make. Apparently this annoyed her visibly.Entire time we were there not one team member spoke to anyone or each other and everyone looked miserable to be there. How does a business franchisee owner accept this as a level of service. Unacceptable.
The little staff that is there is great, but they DEFINITELY need to hire more people, I felt so bad for the 2 people manning the whole store.
I came in on my break, I ordered a medium strawberry surf rider. I gave the cashier $20 bill and for some odd reason he wasn 't able to give me back my change because he had closed the drawer... I then let the next customer go and so I could wait for the drawer to open and then again after taking the customers order he closed it completely forgetting my change, eventually a young lady was trying to assist but was taking her sweet time to operate the cashier, they then open the cashier he gives me my change and says here $11.20 back so I grabbed my change, completely left that location... 20 mins I get the gas station then reached into my pocket and realized he gave me back only $6.20 like common I understand it might 've been his first day or whatever and yeah maybe I should 've counted my change before leaving out in a hurry but y 'all are unprofessional.
