Rita's consistently delivers a reliable experience, and the quality of her offerings meets expectations. As a chain, the various locations are quite similar in terms of product. This particular location stands out with its very friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.

I recently visited a new restaurant with my three children, and I think I’ve found my new favorite spot! I really enjoyed the Swedish fish dish. My daughters ordered the Cotton Candy Ice and a Gelati, while my 5-year-old had a vanilla custard. We all absolutely loved our experience. I’m looking forward to going back often this summer because there’s so much on the menu that I’m excited to try. I highly recommend this place!

Rita is always fantastic! The staff is very friendly and always accommodates my preferences. They custom-mix desserts for me without complaint, which is great, unlike other ice cream cake places. However, on the night of July 18, 2020, my experience was different. I purchased a quarter of custard, and when I opened the container, I found a scoop missing from the middle. I'm not pleased with this. I took some pictures to document it and will share them. Let's see how they respond to this issue.
