Mcdonald's - Eatontown

This is a McDonald's restaurant. The food is hot and they are very child-friendly. I have never had any issues with their shakes. It is conveniently located next to a park and on a busy road, so it can get crowded at times. However, the drive-thru line usually moves quite quickly.

The prices may have gone up, but the staff is polite and friendly.

Every time I visit this restaurant, they close early, which is becoming quite frustrating. They should update their hours on their website so customers are aware, instead of closing 30 minutes early every day.

Service was terrible. The person that took my order was very unprofessional. She spoke to me like we was in the streets. I purchased a meal, they didn't have soda, so I asked for oj instead, she charged for a full meal and additional 1.99 for the oj. They refunded the oj and told me they was going to still charge me for the full meal. I canceled my order and got my money back and left. I will not be returning to that store.

I tried to call them to have a situation rectified multiple times to no avail as I refuse to go in there. Even during the drive through they were less then interested to even be there to work and make money. This order was very simple, was not complicated. It was a Sausage McGriddle Meal with no egg and no cheese. So it is just the McGriddle Bread and a Sausage patty, that's it. God forbid there is a complicated order. They are not going to know what to do with it.
