We had not been here for a few years due to COVID. We were pleasantly surprised and reminded how good the food and service are. I had the special, curried pork loin and it was amazing, served on mashed potatoes. My Cosmo was absolutely perfect and deliciously made. My only complaint is at 60+, we would like cushioned seats rather than hard plastic chairsWe will return. The food is worth bringing our own individual cu... View all feedback. We had an amazing experience for my wife’s birthday dinner. This is a hidden gem. Food was top notch, our server and even other patrons in the restaurant were talkative, friendly and welcoming. Attention to detail and unique flavors our butter was infused with tea, honey and citrus rind! Farm to Table with many local businesses as partners. View all feedback.

read moreThis restaurant in Royal Oak has been a go-to spot for many, offering fresh, delicious meals with local farming influences. The food and service were excellent, with highlights such as the curried pork loin, chicken pot pie, and roasted duck. The minimalist decor may not be for everyone, but the attentive and gracious service makes up for it. Sunday brunch was a hit, with tasty cocktails and dishes like BLT and French toast. The gazpacho, filet mignon, and brownie dessert received high praise, setting the stage for a return visit with friends. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with a few minor drawbacks like noise levels and seating comfort.
