The Breakfast Table - Easton

I recently discovered the breakfast table and now I drive 45 minutes to eat there at least once a week. the owner, brian, has set up what can only be described as culinary disney world. it is simply the best place to get the best meal of the day. there is something for everyone. Usually when I go to restaurants, I get the same over and over, but I had half dozen times, I was there in the last two months since I found them. they have amazing quiche, full-sized omelette with 6 ires in them, perfectly cooked speck, top of the line breakfast steaks, and just yesterday I tried their French toast. they always have really good looking specials and some are on the front. be adventurous and give them all a try. they are nothing but divine. it is a small, painter little place in tatamy. only an open room with a handful of tables. the personal is as friendly as ever, and the owner brian is very actiw. he makes everything from cooking to serving and sitting, and he will make sure that she is only welcome to anyone who comes through the door to ensure that her experience is to her satisfaction. this man knows how to do business. go, trust me. they will not regret it.

! I recommend this little jewel to any breakfast lover! the service and eating were impeccable! the banane pecan pancakes and homemade pfeife cream are for dying! definitely come back!

Determined, in the breakfast table today (3-3-22;) this is one of my favorite breakfast places for years today not disappointed. I had the great pecan pancakes with speck. I would give it 5 stars, but for me, 4 stars is the highest I give for restaurant reviews!

For the first time, right thing! I met my friends and the hostess could put us in a hurry. the waitress was nice and didn't hurry. I think the portions are large enough for 1 person. eating is cheap, although I think some items are a bit much, but there are cheaper options, depending on what they want. our coffees were refilled and we were checked at each time. the customer service was great. eating was delicious, the potatoes were very well seasoned. the check-out was easy and the host was very nice. recommend!
