Sole Artisan Ales - Easton

Great location. No beer brewery here. Seems to be a expansion of the Separatist South Philadelphia brewery. Beer selection lacked dark beers. the beer we did sample were all good. They also have a small selection of PA spirits.

We ended up here after dinner at a local restaurant. It’s a modern, minimalist approach to a bar. Very clean and inviting. Large list of available drinks up on the wall. Menu goes into great detail on what each drink is and what to expect. Bartender we had was very nice and very knowledgeable. Music selection was great. We spent time hanging out inside. Then we made use of the tables and chairs in front of the establishment to relax outside. Seems like a must while bar hopping or a good place to duck into while you decide where the night will take you. We will definitely be back!

Beer selection has a lot of IPAs. Many of the other beers were high ABV. What I had (naked yoga, electric velvet) was good. It didn't seem like they had any air conditioning. I understand that in a brewery taproom but this is not a brewery.

The people of Søle are the best. They are all eager to help and ready to answer questions. The bar and bottle shop have a variety of seating options and the interior is clean and modern with some great antique and modern tie ins like the standard 3 prong charging ports across all the bench seating and stained glass from the original store front. The beer is some of my favorite craft beer you can find in the state and goes toe to toe with many NE well known breweries.They carry a great selection of styles that will be rotating often. Highly recommend Søle if you love beer and a great atmosphere.

Great place to have a good crafted beer, friendly staff, they have to GO cans as well. stylish and clean interior, fair prices!
