Gaglione's Cucina Italiana - Easton

The spaghetti were not properly cooked so you stop reading there lol. If that doesn't convince you, my father and I had two different dishes yesterday and we both have food poisoning. The first and last time there unfortunately.

Antoinella, JoAnn and Giuseppe do a very nice job to make you feel at home and the food is very good. But her last place can't live to the experiences on Giuseppe's previous place. Enjoy the white tablecloths at Giuseppe's, but not at Gaglione's, Servings were also weathered, while the prices at Gaglione's escalated. An experience that really made me at Gagliones... my wife wanted SUBSTITUTE a veggie for her pasta page... forgot the bill and her string beans were AN $8 UPCHARGE... REALLY...and we weren't getting any charge at the order!!!!?? Food is still very good, and the setting is beautiful therefore the 4-star rating.

We go very regularly there. Food is always phenomenal! We were never disappointed. All of appetizers, salads, main courses and deserts are top notch and worth it. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Make some time (you really need a reservation! and prepare yourself for some good Italian food. They have something for everyone, the staples to the more adventurous. Yeah it's small, yeah it's loud, if that bothers you... Go to a chain restaurant. There's a feeling here you don't get other places. I feel like a distant cousin who came to dinner. They may not know you, but you're family so you're going to enjoy yourself. To me, it wouldn't be a first date kind of place... It's the place you go back to when you're celebrating (even if you're just celebrating that it's Friday . You're going to be there for 2 hours, but you're going to leave full and happy. We were pleasantly surprised of the excellent food served here. Being of Italian decent and raised on such great food, nothing but excellent quality of the food was expected and it met those expectations. The veal was top notch as described and the gravy was very close to that made at home. We will definitely return and will tell our family and friends of the experience we had.
