Went in the drive-thru and WOW! Have they got it down! The line was around the building and it took no time for the guy to take our order (Who was awesome to deal with) and we drove around and got our order! Spicy chicken sandwich is excellent!! View all feedback.

Usually Chick-fil-A has a very fast process. This time they did not have two people outside and did not take any payment to the order, which greatly slows the process. Food was great View all feedback.
Whatever the business model they need to share magic with other companies. How, in the middle of the Kovid as well as before and after they manage the most pleasant people? How they always offer great service and good food. They are fast efficient and expensive right. I'm not a fast food person, but in unknown places you know no matter what this place will serve the right way and with a smile. I have never experienced an eye role or any form or an rude behavior. It's also very clean. I also absolutely love that they hire people who can have some special needs but work so hard. I have nothing bad to say. I am on the go every week over 4 states 5 hours while Kovid also and thank you for chic Fila. My dog loves it too! Thank you. PS we need one that I need Eastern Shore Va because we have nothing but garbage with the exception of someone and pop places, but hours are strange and unreliable. Do I need a petition?
Okay, the expected better temperature on the chicken ornaments would have been nice, at least the coke was on site. Drive thru window service was less than a great experience. Maybe the location and time of the evening was. My family holds more than me, just not my business for the money.

Manager is a JOKE and half. I have an allergy and ordered a gluten-free sandwich through the app?as I usually do. For whatever reason the bungalow bottom was not registered, so the sandwich I received was not GF. When I called the store, there was no answer, so I went back and asked if I could have the right order. The manager Jaqueline was triggered immediately. Before the whole line she took all the time in the world to blame and say that it was my fault that the order was wrong. After storing the line to print a copy of the order (as if the app I had shown that it looked different??? and rate me? My mistake? She replaced the sandwich. It was embarrassing how defensive she was. I'm not a threatening person lol I can just eat gluten They also wore no gloves. Thank you for the unnecessary attitude, Jackie. I hope you're moving it out, making your life a little less annoying?
Usually this Chik-fil-a is on the mark with everything, but not today. I parked curbside and ordered 2 sandwiches. I pulled into the next parking lot which was only a few feet away. Both sandwiches were cold, the honey mustard bbq packet was missing, and there was a piece of grizzle on the entire end of one of the chicken breasts. I hope they do better in the future.
