As usual, the team at Small Oven was friendly, warm, and helpful it's such a great atmosphere here, and we always love interacting with folks at this bakery. The cake itself was beautifully decorated, and the frosting was tasty! Unfortunately, we occasionally got bites that were very sour bitter, even metallic tasting.. it tasted like perhaps the baking soda or baking powder hadn't been fully mixed in, which is why I can't give the cake a rave review. Customer service and appearance were excellent, but the taste was unpredictable and even unpleasant at times, sadly.

Croissants bigger than your head, no kidding (much). The Saturday olive bread is to die for! We're eatingour way through the menu, and have not been disappointed yet. Don't miss the Danish.
