Croissants are among the best I’ve had in the country, better than any in NYC. Bread is phenomenal. So are cakes, pies. Quiche- amazing. Great potato salad. Turkey and havarti sandwich is {chef’s kiss}. Buckwheat chocolate cookies combine the joy of cookies with the delight of brownie batter. The people are kind. I can’t stop eating their food. I won’t!

The not so goo... read more Update 7/2023: The good had a carrot cake for my birthday in April, and it was AMAZINGLY delicious and beautiful. I highly recommend their cakes! The not so good I noted to the staff on one of my first visits in 2018 that their croissants are too dark, and this is still the case. Past the point of perfect caramelization. Also, the stollen Christmas bread we purchased in December 2022 was hard as a brick, and the team quickly refunded our purchase price. Original review: People all over Easthampton and environs beyond know this is the place to go for amazing baked goods! Fresh bread, smaller baked goods like cardamom buns, avocado toast and sandwiches make this the the go to place for breakfast through lunch! Check it out!

In no small part due to the... read more The Turkey Havarti as well as the Bacon Avocado sandwich are quite possibly the best bites in all of Hampshire County, no hyperbole. In no small part due to the incredible in-house bread they're served on. If meat isn't for you, the avocado toast is beauty on its own. Nothing you eat there will disappoint. There is this complex command of flavor using simple, fresh ingredients going on in the kitchen that is unique to this little shop. Cold brew coffee is sweet, smooth and rich. The friendliest, most patient staff. Will always recommend to anyone in the area. I look forward to eating my brunch there most every weekend.

Croissants bigger than your head, no kidding (much). The Saturday olive bread is to die for! We're eatingour way through the menu, and have not been disappointed yet. Don't miss the Danish.
