Small place but the food is made as you order. The selection is small burgers/fish but the fish is so fresh and batter is delicious. Fries are real potato's and not frozen............nothing fancy but good basic food. The only issue I had was seeing dishes being done by hand. I was not to keen on that idea. I would not order a glass with my soda next time. But I will go again. View all feedback.
What Rick K doesn't like about Gordy's On The Wharf:
The location is perfect. Near the water and surrounded by a fishing community atmosphere. There is free parking but limited during the summer months. The food was at par and the portions were at par. The staff was patient and quick. The place was clean and comfortable. The menu could tighten up a bit as it tries to cater to too many people, but that limits the time and attention put into each dish View all feedback.

Won a coupon from Seaside FM two years ago. Got it on a Tuesday and went down to pick up my family order of fish and chips and they would not honour it.

I love this place. It's laid back and so friendly, it's unreal. It kind of feels like CHEERS...you know, where every body knows your name. The service is friendly and it's simply just Great. If you're looking for fancy dining, this isn't it, however if you're looking for good food and hefty servings and great friendly service, this is the place to go.
I have been to Gordy's twice with family and enjoyed my meal both times. You have the option to sit outside as well, which I usually don't opt for - but the view is nice here. This is a great little spot with great food and great prices.
