This place is FREAKING DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!I paid $30 for this cake as we’re eating it we notice hair in the cake! I called and owner the guy hung up the phone! After that I drove down there and he tried to give me $5 after what I found instead of a full refund or ATLEAST replace the cake!! I had to yell in order to get back HALF my moneyDO NOT BUY CAKES THERE OR ICE CREAM View all feedback. What Joy Follet likes about Carvel:
We return yearly for special occasions and are always greeted with a clean, well-stocked store. They can be relied upon for last-minute event ice cream needs! Their writing on cakes vary but generally turn out lovely. They honor coupons from the Carvel website and sometimes provide coupons. Our Fudgie the Whale came with a $3 off our next cake and discount on ice cream sandwiches. We'll definitely be back to this loc... View all feedback.
