What SevenoaksSinjun doesn't like about The Boardwalk:
This is a nice little licensed cafe built into the seafront walls at Eastbourne. We had a nice drink here and we sat at a table on their boardwalk terrace just opposite the cafe, adjacent to the beach. Great views of the pier and out to sea, fine as long as the weather is fair. Right on the promenade this is an ideal watering hole for strollers. It is quite cramped, unless you sit outside, but warm, wind proof and cosy. The coffee is very good and the croissants fresh being cooked onsite although I suspect from frozen. A safe place for a rest. View all feedback.

While some customers have raised concerns about the pricing, regulars appreciate the quality of food and drinks provided. The service has received mixed reviews, with some praising the friendly staff and others criticizing the lack of efficiency. Overall, it seems like a great spot for a quick stop-off for coffee, pastries, or ice cream, complemented by the relaxing atmosphere and beachside setting. Whether enjoying a sunrise breakfast, a sunset glass of wine, or a leisurely stroll along the beautiful beach, The Boardwalk offers a unique seaside experience.
