We had a fantastic Italian dining experience at this restaurant. The presentation and flavor of the food was delightful. Both my wife and I ordered scallops wrapped in pancetta, served in a courgette pin that was delicious. This was my first visit to this restaurant. I went on a Sunday night in November and it was very quiet. The food was amazing. The mussels were plump and flavorful, with the perfect amount of tomato, garlic, and onion. The spaghetti bologna was also delicious, cooked just right to be a little al dente. It seems like there are new owners, but they are doing a great job. The wine was reasonably priced and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I definitely plan on returning. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.

The Dover Sole was delicious. I asked for the Dover Sole to be served Meuniere and off the bone, it was perfectly cooked and excellent. Rostick is the only Restaurant I know in Eastbourne to do one of this quality everyone in our group was delighted with the food and service, additionaly they have improved and toned down the lighting which has made a big difference to the ambience. Do checkout this iconic Eastbourne restaurant, you will not be dissapointed.
