Rostick is the only Rest... read more The Dover Sole was delicious. I asked for the Dover Sole to be served Meuniere and off the bone, it was perfectly cooked and excellent. Rostick is the only Restaurant I know in Eastbourne to do one of this quality everyone in our group was delighted with the food and service, additionaly they have improved and toned down the lighting which has made a big difference to the ambience. Do checkout this iconic Eastbourne restaurant, you will not be dissapointed.

The service, quality of food and friendliness of the owners/staff matched the excellent decor and ambiance. We had pasta dishes which were freshly cooked and delicious. Followed by an excellent Crème Brûlée. Cost was very reasonable, a perfect end to a lovely day!!
