I was driving by this morning and happened to notice a woman in a kfc jacket hat and appron. She was enjoying a cigarette right by the main entrance of the store. Now that is a major health code violation. You are not ever permitted to smoke while in uniform because the fumes and chemicals from whatever you're smoking gets attached to your clothes and then you risk getting it into people's food! The East Wenatchee KFC/Taco Bell has been absolutely atrocious every single time I have gone. I have never received my order properly made (no tomatoes is not hard) and I have never been treated with good customer service (honestly, by far, one of the worst spots in the valley as far as customer service goes). The few times I have gone to this location was out of convenience and the staff always manages to make it an inconvenience, to put it lightly. The bow on top of the cowpie that is East Wenatchee KFC/Taco Bell is the fact that I paid $16 for the exact order I pay under $12 for in Wenatchee. As a customer, you are better off going to Wenatchee KFC and Wenatchee Taco Bell. The quality of food and service is much better at the Wenatchee establishments.
This is a cheesy gordita crunch? Don't eat here your just wasting money.
The food is great since being able to customize my order. Friendly people recently also!
