Customer service absolutely sucks.The employees can't do simple tasks.Takes them forever to answer the drive up.Constant goofing around instead of attending to the window and the customers. View all feedback.
The Whopper meal number 1 was served quickly and was delicious. The service was friendly and came with a smile.
Late night stop in before a long drive, they staff was friendly and quick thank you!
Not the cleanest place. Tables are always dirty. The kids room is always dirty too. Windows are filthy. Not a real good representation of BK as a whole. Food is always slow to come. Seems there are just a few who work there that do care about service and a clean, comfortable place to eat. Needs work.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, the atmosphere is perfect, and it's a great place to be. Most of the employees are friendly and down-to-earth.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My first burger had hair in it and the second burger they brought me was the wrong order. I shouldn't have to pay for something that is not up to standard. The staff really need to improve their attention to detail and listen better to customers.
