This restaurant experience was very disappointing. I ordered pizza but received something else. When I called the restaurant to try to resolve the issue, there was no solution offered. I've bought papa johns in east rutherford for a year and I've never been disappointed. always baked for perfection and customer service is top notch. naji remembered my face and my name since my first visit, so it always has a pleasant experience. had to take the time out to emphasize this.
