Chili's Grill - East Rutherford

I had a bad lunch here.. Chili bowl was salty. Same with my chicken tenders.

Delicious meal! Quick, courteous service. Wish they sold onion rings.

Always wanted to visit so today was the day. Kept seeing this 3 for me $10.99 commercials it finally got me. We were seated promptly, sat you a few minutes the server came over noticed right away we were ready because our menus were down on the table. Took our order another young lady bought our beverages, shortly after that another young lady bought our appetizers and shortly after the our food arrived hot to the touch! Server checked on us a few times offers boxes and the check asked to do the survey we paid less than $35 dollars and that's with a $10 tip. We woulda spent more at McDonald's and not got half of what it was worth. Keep up the great work guys, I'm in theHospitality business myself this was absolutely excellent service ?

I have always ordered online for pick up and have never had an issue or problem.

The atmosphere and service were up to Chilli's standards, but the food flavor and temperature left something to be desired. The Cajun pasta came out room temp rather than warm, and the lava cake desert we ordered seemed to have been left out with ice cream on top too long before it got to us because the chocolate in the center was starting to firm up. Overall okay experience, but I'm used to better food at Chilli's.
