I've waited for 30 minutes for my meal but the cashier up front, Sariah, had a charming and caring attitude that made up for the wait. Please give her a raise! She deserves it. The worst service. We waited over 25 minutes for our meals. The manager was on his phone in the dining area from the time we arrived until the time we left about 35 minutes and doing nothing to help his employees (see pice below). Never again. View all feedback.
Not a bad experience, my first time here at the Zaxby's in Rockingham. Food wasn't fresh, young girl at the register was RUDE, and a workers child was running around the lobby and when she wasn't running around the lobby she was sitting at a table by herself with an IPad that was so loud it seemed to be bothering everyone in the lobby. Over all just not a good experience.
Ordered my favorite meal....and it wasn't good. I know they are shorthanded but still check the dates.
Employees children had run of dining room. Walking on tables with shoes, then socks and barefooted.
