Contribute FeedbackCracker Barrel's East Ridge location has drawn mixed reviews, highlighting a notable lack of consistency in service and food quality. While some guests praised the friendly staff and delicious meals, others recounted frustrating experiences with delayed orders, incorrect dishes, and declining portion sizes. Despite the warm hospitality, many noted that inefficiencies in the kitchen detracted from the overall experience, leading to long waits and errors. However, a few patrons appreciated the restaurant's accommodating atmosphere and the convenience of RV parking. The charm of Cracker Barrel remains; it may be worth exploring other locations for a more satisfying experience.
I recently had breakfast at this restaurant and I must say it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was lovely. I would definitely recommend this place for a great dining experience.
This restaurant is lovely and inviting, offering a great dining experience. The service is top-notch, and the meal type is brunch. Price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5.
This restaurant was very disappointing. We waited for one hour to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was not only wrong but also cold. Dining out is already expensive enough without having a bad experience like this. We should have just stayed home. Overall, I would rate the service a 1, the food a 1, and the atmosphere a 3. The price per person for dinner was $10-20.

Well I was referred to customer relations and told they would respond in 5 business days and I've heard nothing. I guess they didn't want to make it right...We called in an order and they gave my wife pinto beans instead of green beans and the receipt plainly says green beans. Then they tell me they couldn't substitute pancakes for French toast and claimed they gave extra French toast because they didn't inform me to start, and there was no extra in there. I eat at cracker barrel often and am not impressed with this location. Saw managers sit and eat once when customers were told the kitchen was overwhelmed... disappointed for sure and I hope they correct this situation somehow and I'll be going back to speak with management tomorrow.
