Honey Dew Donuts - East Providence

My sister and I went inside and the cashier was bitxhing OUT LOUD about customers coming in nonstop. That is the whole point of a business?customers coming in. She was alone which is frustrating but keep that quiet or discuss it with management.

Service was prompt and courteous. However, they made my tea with the hot water from the coffee jug sitting on the burner. Firstly, to make proper tea it MUST be boiling water. Secondly, no matter how much you clean it, that water is ALWAYS going to taste of coffee, as did my tea. Ended up throwing it away. ?

Coffee is better than Dunkin and most of their pastries are better as well. They tend to run out of things before noon, so act fast!

When I pulled up to the drive through I waited with no response. So I called into the voice box. The clerk told me when I P/U my order I was rude. That I yelled into ear. I had no idea that when I called into the box it was going directly into her ear. When she asked me to wait I thought I was being considerate and offer to wait. So my product was ok she was mad me but truthfully I apologized. Honestly this location is convinent. But, the way I was treated made me wonder why this store is even opened. What has happened to people in customer service. Has the general public pushed everyone too far. Stop and breath and try to be kind and not demanding. Bottom line we are here to help one another. This is a very hard time for everyone!!! So will I give this store a second chance. Yes but not a 3rd.

I was in one of those franchises for the first time. And I would like to say the staff is friendly that they listen to your order and my order was right, they have a breakfast menu and it tastes better than Dunkin’ Donuts and the coffee was hot last time I got coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts did not taste that good I recommend this place.9/6/2021 11:16:14 AM
