Ebisu East Providence

A regular neighborhood place to go for ramen. It's not perfect but it hits the spot.Usually served a little cool so it's easy to eat but the balance is a little off and texture/taste on the charsiu pork is one-note.It's a lot of broth but it's not good enough to want to drink it.The Air conditioning is also set cold so to some it'll be cool and refreshing but to me, it was cold and jarring compared to outside.This place just reminds me of how much I miss Ken's Ramen.

I came in with high hopes. I 'm a big fan of ramen, having lived in Japan for quite a few years and having enjoyed a surge of quality ramen in the U.S. I was utterly disappointed by the ramen here. The miso ramen tasted more like refrigerated ramen noodles put into miso soup than like miso ramen, and the Nagasaki champon didn 't even resemble the dish after which it is named (though even this very odd interpretation was better than the miso ramen). I really appreciated the service, and the atmosphere was fine, but I 'm afraid I can 't recommend this place at all.

Great spot with good ramen and sushi options, Japanese beers and sodas. Sushi is fresh and there are many non fish options. Give it a shot, good parking and a lovely wait staff.

Love this place. Best Ramen in state, easily. I will be back repeatedly and I am a new loyal customer. My Spicy Pork bowl was the easily the best bowl I've ever had. My wife's Tuna bowl was excellent too. And there Japanese beer and sake menu is the most extensive Ive ever seen. This place is authentic and wonderful. Love Ebisu! See you soon.
