Heirloom - East Perth

Only serves breakfast which was a very basic Buffett. No extra cooked food was available, no omelettes etc. Limited hot dishes, poor fruit selection.

I don’t tend to write negative reviews but Looking at the ratings I thought I was going to get a really good meal but ended up to be the worst lamb ribs I have ever had, pretty disappointing shame to have to throw food away. Couldn’t let lamb ribs being ruined go without a negative review sorry.

Food here was excellent, very well presented as well which my niece loves (instagram foodie alert . But the service let it down. This was not surprising given the reviews we had read before hand. At least the food made up for it (the most important part!

This is situated in Fraser Hotel on Adelaide Terrace. The restaurant is pretty up market with great service and fantastic food. Luckily I was there for a paid business lunch so I can't comment upon prices but the food was delicious. Being in East Perth there is free public transport access up and down the terrace. Worth visiting.

This place has disgusting customer service, My partner had booked a valentines dinner and without notification at all they had cancelled our bookings for someone who had booked out the entire resturaunt for the whole day. After contacting them we politely asked for a refund, yet we were rudely refused, no alternate provided. My partner was coerced into booking another date in the middle of the week to much inconvenience. Would love to make a comment on the food but wouldnt actually know, because we never got it! Thanks for taking my partners money, happily would not recommend.If you want to be messed around heres the place to go.
