Food, service, ambience all 10/10! We were well looked after all night by the beautiful and friendly staff. The food was elegantly plated and tasty, we ordered the 3 cheese croquets (I think this is what was called), the duck and beef calzone. Arrived with friends, were seated and provided with stale popcorn, water and menus. Having not seen our friends for a few weeks, we enjoyed catching up, sharing stories and laughing together. When the surly waitress appeared, we expected her to ask for a drinks order, but she rudely told us that we were too loud, as there are people here having a romantic dinner. Terrible. we can't see what's going on. after recommended by friends and read some good reviews, we decided to try this place. the cocktails were « ok ». for entrée I decided for the smash, of hard fishing I think, but it was bone and still partly frozen. that is completely unacceptable. my head was a bouillabaisse and I am glosz with deborah on this. I had not tried good in perth (although majuba in albany made a very good job.) it was another way. it tasted like tomato soup with seafood that were thrown in. there was no toast or saffron. I don't think there was a saffron at all. the girls ordered gnocchi and that was at least pedestrian. date of visit: 20. oktober 22

Loves the blackbird restaurant. it is my favorite restaurant in perth. love eating and the atmosphere. delicious
This restaurant opens at 5pm, we booked a table for 6pm. They were shut when we arrived so went somewhere else for dinner.
Good on the whole. Chef's choice $69. Well priced. Would recommend
