What Angel Shields doesn't like about AU Sushi World:
To be fare we dropped in late at night not far from closing. Still staff were pleasant and food was prepared well, lacked a little on taste, but these were cheap eats, was even offered a discount as food was at end of day..... Good enough for my Japaneses fix which I like from time to time. Not somewhere I would go to dine out and not licensed. View all feedback.

The manager is friendly and helpful, and the staff were also very welcoming and cheerful. The restaurant has excellent operating hours, making it a great choice for dinner or tea. In addition to sushi, there are also some Western food options available. I will definitely be coming back to AU Sushi World in the future.
I stumbled on this place by accident. I'm happy I did . I ordered 2 x salmon sashimi ( 14 pieces) and crispy prawn sushi ( 4 pieces) total cost $31 . Both were presented beautifully in my takeaway containers . They were fresh and served with gratitude ( not often seen in Perth ) . Ginger, wasabi and soy sauce was included as well as a set of chopsticks and napkins . The freshness and effort made in the presentation of my meal made it a delight to consume . With the restaurant being full with Japanese customers and my experience eating this lovely meal - I am sure this place serves up some of the best Japanese food in the CBD and at reasonable prices . I'll be back
I was recommended to avoid other Asian restaurants due to their high prices, so I decided to give this one a try. When I entered, I was confused about where to place my order as everyone was ordering from different places and the servers seemed unsure about where to direct the orders. I eventually placed my order and waited, but there was no designated area for takeaway customers and the tables were taken up by dine-in customers. I had to stand in line to order and constantly move to let others pass. After a 10-minute wait, my order was finally ready and served in an old polystyrene tray. Despite looking similar to a katsu sauce chicken dish I had enjoyed before, the meat turned out to be gristly and fatty with a chicken flavor. The rice was decent, but I couldn't eat the chicken. If you're looking for good chicken, I would recommend paying a bit more and visiting another nearby restaurant instead.

This restaurant is located within my apartment complex, and I find myself ordering takeout back to my apartment at least once a week. I particularly enjoy their hot dishes, such as the teriyaki fish.
