I went to a less busy time and service was great this time. I had to ask for refills on sweet potatoes, but they quickly brought it out. It was my birthday Burger and I love them to do this! Would like to rate this place higher, the food is very, very good. But the people who work there offer the worst service. The waiting staff does not seem to be motivated to work hard and earn money. This is also not based on an experience. We went at least 5 times or more, and the ONLY time we had good service when we sat at the bar and ordered by the bartender.
