I tried this restaurant a few weeks back and got the tofu fried rice no ice and the Veggie-pho (all were confirmed to be vegan by the person I spoke with on the phone). the pho is definitiw filling and tasty, as well as the fried rice. They have put eggs in the rice, which was inconvenient because we had all gone home, but I gave them a call and they were quick to apologize and offer solutions. in any case they check... Now I have absolutely LIEBE Vietnamese cuisine. But this place is NOT authentic Vietnamese or Pho. I don't even know if Vietnamese work in the kitchen or own this restaurant. A good place in Peoria. The ambience is very beautiful. The drawing decor was colorful. The staff is friendly and polite. The Pho was good and the portions are huge. The dumplings are okay, but the sauce was very good. The Kung pao shrimps were also very good with many vegetables. Thai tea with popping bubbles was okay. It was very expensive.

Because it lacks signature Vietnamese / or Asian spices / Flavors fresh herbs typically traditionally given as pho garnish like fresh Dandelion Greens a bunch of purple or Sweet Basil. Now, while the portion size is perfect, it tasted very strong even after adding soy sauce, hosin a spin of fresh lime juice. I even ordered the FirePho and it wasn't hardly on fire?????? not even a bit. But the restaurant was really sweet, loved the colorful street art and modern furnishings. And hopefully it will be better with time. But for people new to Vietnamese food, this is a mild, no ruffles, basic beginning.
Half and half Pho. Can we talk about how incredibly delicious the broth is? so rich taste! The service was okay, but the broth is what I really had! I like to add an egg, that's not common. Who doesn't love half cooked egg?!
The interior of this restaurant is so sweet! Great decor! The food was hot fresh, the service was great and we had plenty later.
