What WOLF MANGOLAND doesn't like about Panera Bread:
This location, in my opinion, is the worst Panera Bread on Long Island. It is managed poorly. The employees and the manager are rude and misplace the orders on a regular basis. The kitchen staff does not prepare the orders properly. Panera Bread should retrain/ fire the curent employees working on this location. View all feedback.
For lunch I got the 2 for 2.Soup and Salad is now $16.04.Considering I can get early bird special for the same price at Texas Road house.
Ran in to pick up some sourdough bread, theirs is pretty good.
I love Panera but not this location. I always pay for extra chicken on my sandwich and this location has never added it. It is tough when you order food to go it's messed up.It's a problem frequently here when you want to pick up coffee and the person stocking stuff is blocking everything and in no rush to give you access.
In my opinion the food is nothing special and way overpriced for what you get. It's a fast food place where you serve yourself. The menu is way too complicated to figure out what you might want and the self serve panels a pain to use. Seating is not comfortable and tables not really clean.
