Food is great, but service is terrible. It took a long time for them to take our order thought there wasn’t anybody in front of us, but because no one was there to help, there was a big line behind us. The food was cold. They forgot to give us the fries, and went I went up to them to get the fries after a long time, they were sitting on the counter unattended, so they were cold too. Great place to eat! Very nice staff that recommended a great burger!
I ordered the beef brisket burger, and it's soooooo dry. No barbecue sauce on it, you can see how dry the meat is and the bun. I also ordered a chocolate non dairy shake and it tastes like it's going bad even though it's non dairy it tastes like it's gone sour. I paid over 23 dollars and it is not fair.Gonna call to get my money back. The young lady at the register was very busy, but still gave excellent customer service. That's why I gave 3 stars because of her.

It was delicious. The double bacon smash really hit the spot tonight. My kids enjoyed their meals too, and also we tried the rosemary garlic fires! I have been won over! Absolutely delicious! And the service was fine! The workers were very helpful to us when we ordered. Happy with my experience tonight
Wow. How can they serve this garbage? $27 for 3 burgers…no fries no drinks…just burgers. How can they serve a burger that is this badly burnt?
