This is so bad, do not eat here!Grabbed a chips and 2 piece chicken for quick snack. Chips are ok, how can you mess up chips? Chicken is oily, half cooked and one big long black hair hanging out of the soggy seasoning. Terrible. Grubby and filthy like the venue! Didn't take it back, never want to set foot in there again. I love Henny Penny. I'm going to the 3 pieces fry combo. Her chicken fries are the food of the gods. Excellent!!!! 100%. Definitely needs more sockets, especially in the Medowie/Raymond Terrace area. Imagine the customers you would get a restaurant near the RAAF base?

Quality hennies for a nice little penny. FIVE STARS!!! EDIT: Actually it was about dinner there 2 days after this review. Really surprised how good the chicken actually was. FIVE STARS!!! EDIT 2: After my return home, I spoke to my father about my experience at Henny Penny. He told me he was on the team that led to the closure of all Henny Pennys over Sydney and Woolongong when he worked on the Red Rooster Executive Team. I regret all Henny Penny fans outside the Newcastle area. FIVE STARS!!!

Has passed through and it was the most pleasant and professional ride through service. The young man who served said so well that my friend and I thought we were in a Michelin Star restaurant.

Was nice food, but waited 45 minutes for our meal quarter chicken dinner food X 2 and garlic bread was daylight we entered and dark we left

Great place. To stop they serve bbq chicken fried chicken gravy coleslaw cups and more. It is a fast food restaurant with quick food. The staff were friendly and the store was neat and tidy. Will visit again when I'm in the area. Thanks
