Description
Bene’s fast food in Port Seton has garnered mixed reviews from its patrons. While some delight in generous portions and delicious fish and chips, others are disappointed by service delays and menu inconsistencies. The chicken kebabs and pizzas receive high praise for quality and value, making for a fulfilling meal at affordable prices. However, issues like incorrect orders, inadequate vegetarian options, and unclear cooking methods have left some customers frustrated. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere near the harbor contribute positively to the dining experience. Overall, Bene's remains a popular choice for casual seafood lovers.

40 min late, cold , poor quality , different ingredients than I ordered. I have ordered lots of food before but certainly not enough to order again
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered two fish suppers.definitely been reheated from lunchtime or burnt, I got salt and sauce on them and they put so much sauce on the fish to try and soften the batter it didn’t work it only ruined the chips. Avoid
No fresh Haddock anymore! Yer right next to a fishing harbour! HAKE keep that for the Spanish! We had Smoked Haddock 5 of 10 , Haggis , no batter? 2 out of 10 any skinnier and it would slip through the sides of the box. Salt and Pepper Squid 10 out of 10 , Chicken Burger 7 out of 10 Get yer fish sorted ya miserable lot! We’ll not be back. Regular Customer.
Fish tacos, rancid. Opened the box to the awful smell of spoiling fish and it was completely inedible. If you value your life, don't bother.
Bene's fast food in Port Seton is a great spot for delicious and reasonably priced meals. Their special chicken kebab was a hit with us - generous portions of super chicken, pita, salad, 3 sauces, and a tasty mix of vegetables. The fish and chips with SV brown sauce was also delicious, with fresh fish in perfect batter and plenty of chips. We also enjoyed a 12" pizza with mushroom, salami, and smoked sausage, which was specially requested and did not disappoint. Overall, we had 4 great meals for around £40, making it a good value at £10 per person. Plus, the convenience of not having to do any dishes makes it even better. Highly recommended!
